HAVE you ever bought a dress, only to find out you need a helping hand doing the zip up at the back?
Well, that could now be a problem of the past thanks to one TikTok user who has come up with the perfect solution.
Hannah Warling shared her handy hack on her account where it has since received more than 40,000 views.
She captioned the post: “SAVE THIS if you need to zip up a dress while you’re home alone”

The fashion enthusiast begins by slipping into a short silk dress and turning to face her back to the camera.

She proceeds to show her struggle to reach far enough down to grab hold of the zip and to do it up by herself.
Demonstrating the perfect solution, she undoes a gold chain necklace and hooks the end clip onto the zip.

Taking hold of the other end, she then pulls the chain upwards, and the zip proceeds to follow.
The clever hack has been inundated with comments from delighted fashion enthusiasts.
