A day after Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath flagged the possibility of "population imbalance" due to rise in population in some communities, former minister for minority affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that while no country can ignore the problem of population explosion, it cannot be seen as a challenge specific to any one community.
