Love Island’s Gemma Owen slammed as a ‘hypocrite’ as fans spot her LAUGHING after Jacques’ meltdown

LOVE Island fans have slammed Gemma Owen for LAUGHING after Jacques O’Neill flew into a rage over Adam Collard.

Gemma, 19, told her ex-boyfriend Jacques that new bombshell Adam had been “proper slagging” him off behind his back and it sent his temper flaring.

Jacques marched over to his love interest Paige Thorne and demanded to know exactly what Adam had said about him.

The furious rugby player even told fellow Islander Billy Brown to “f*** off”, as Paige was talking to him at the time.

But after watching Jacques descend into a meltdown, Gemma began giggling at the unfolding drama, musing: “He’s such a hot head!”

Unimpressed, fans have now blasted Gemma for winding Jacques up and then laughing about it.

“Gemma was fully aware she was s*** stirring, her laughing about it too,” one viewer tweeted.

A second wrote: “Gemma just pulled a grenade. She knew exactly what she was doing, saying that to Jacques then laughing.”

Another asked: “And gemma is laughing? she did that on purpose.”

And a fourth raged: “Gemma don’t you try and be sneaky girl you was telling off ekin 2 weeks ago for stirring s***. Look at you HYPOCRITE.”

Jacques broke down in tears earlier this week after admitting he regretted ‘cheating’ on Paige with Cheyanne Kerr, 23, during Casa Amor.

He snogged the blonde beauty in bed and made her believe they would recouple after finding a “connection” while his other half was away.

In the end he decided to stick with Paige, who also returned home to the villa alone hoping to stay coupled up with him.

But their happy ending didn’t last long as Cheyanne shocked the girls by confessing about their brief fling, leaving Paige to give Jacques the cold shoulder until Monday night.

Then, after arriving in the villa, 2018 Love Island comeback kid Adam made a beeline for Paige.

With Paige still reeling from Jacques‘ infidelity, her female co-stars suggested she would be “delete” him and move on with Adam.
