Software Engineer 2 - Turn 10 Studios: Xbox Game Studios

Guide the evolution of our current WPF based UI framework.

Collaborate with peers in UX/UI Art and Gameplay Engineering teams to optimize workflows.

Work with our partners at Playground Games to establish a collective long-term plan for UI in our engine.

Lead a group of engineers to deliver high quality code.

Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional C++ development experience.

Ability to work in a collaborative environment with other disciplines.  Good communication skills are a must. Good planning and estimation skills.  You must be able to break work down into smaller pieces and plan out a deliverable. Love of games.  The ideal candidate will have passion for our product and empathy for our players.  

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience shipping UI on multiple platforms and in many regions.

Experience with WPF/XAML.  

Experience delivering user facing features with high usability.
