LOVE Island fans were left baffled this evening as the girls kept speaking in American accents.
In bizarre scenes, Paige, Summer and Danica could be heard switching between English and American while chatting to Adam on their dates.
Those watching at home clocked the odd habit and took to Twitter to comment on it, with one writing: “Why was summer american for half of that date #LoveIsland?”
A second commented: “The girls put on American accents are cringe AF #LoveIsland.”
While a third tweeted: “Why do all the girls turn American when talking to Adam? #LoveIsland.”
“Girls girls girls can we please stop doing the American accents #LoveIsland,” added another.

Adam picked the three girls to enjoy a drink with him in a bid to get to know them better.
Summer and Adam discussed their ideal date being in Rome, while Danica gave Adam a quick dance lesson.
When Paige arrived, she questioned whether he’s saved the best until last.

Those watching at home were confused about why Paige hadn’t left despite crying over Jacques’ exit.
The rugby player, 23, announced his shock exit during Tuesday’s episode, explaining that he felt the best thing for his relationship with Paige Thorne, 24, was for him to return home so he could be at his “best” for her.
