Little People fans slam Matt Roloff for keeping huge secret from his own children as family feuds over $4M Oregon farm
LITTLE People Big World fans have slammed Matt Roloff amid the controversial sale of the family farm.
Viewers of the latest episode were shocked to learn how his kids found out about the listing.
The latest episode of the LPBW saga on TLC showed the ongoing feud surrounding the sale of Roloff Farms.
The preview clip for next week’s episode revealed that Matt’s kids learned of his decision to put the farm up for private sale via text.
The listing of the family real estate has been a source of contention between patriarch Matt, 60, and his twin sons Zach and Jeremy, both 32.
In a confessional, Zach said: “My dad sent the information out about selling the farm. Not one family member replied to the text.
“It’s sad but I don’t think the relationship with my dad is gonna be the same,” he added.
Matt’s ex-wife and the mother of his children Amy Roloff, 57, also got upset over the sale and the resulting family fallout, accusing him of “creating a hornet’s nest”.
In a confessional, she added: “What we know as Roloff Farms is no more. It’s just sad.”
However, she tried to comfort her son Zach, telling him and his wife Tori: “I think once that for-sale sign goes up at the farmhouse, I think that will be closure for everybody.”

Discussing the scene on social media, one fan described the move to sell by Matt as “kind of jerky”.
Another slammed both him and Amy as “money hungry”.
A third described Matt as a “narcissist” whose “manipulations were very clear”.
NO DEAL
Matt put a 16-acre portion of the family’s 109-acre farm up for sale in May after he failed to come to an agreement with his sons Zach and Jeremy.
The brothers had previously made an attempt to buy the plot of land, but the price they offered has not been revealed.
After his offer was turned down, Zach slammed his dad as a “bad grandparent” who doesn’t “value his family” and the sale of the farm has been an ongoing source of contention.
LEGACY LET-DOWN
Zach revealed in May that he would no longer work pumpkin season at Roloff Farms.
During the latest episode of Little People, Matt’s girlfriend Caryn Chandler broke down in tears as she prepared to wave goodbye to the farm.
In an emotional scene, she said to Matt: “This is stuff that you built. It’s kind of sad the grandkids won’t be using it.”
However, Matt has defended his decision to sell and accused his ex-wife Amy of “creating animosity” in the family.
The $4m listing features not only 16 acres of farm land, but also a Western town replica, children’s playgrounds, and a Medieval-style children’s play castle.
