Katie Price in tense reunion with ex Kieran Hayler after she swerves jail for breaking restraining order
KATIE Price and ex husband Kieran Hayler had a tense face-off as they met for the first time since she swerved jail.
The reality star avoided a prison sentence after breaking the terms of a restraining order by sending a text calling Kieran’s fiancee Michelle Penticost a “gutter s***”.
And this week, Michelle broke down in tears as she told The Sun about the terrifying abuse Katie, 44, had directed at her in a four-year campaign.
Revealing how she’d installed CCTV at their home and was scared to leave the house at night, Michelle sobbed: “When I was about seven months pregnant she said she hoped the baby is either born dead or disabled.”
So it’s no surprise that when Katie and Kieran, 35, came face to face earlier this week, things were tense.
“Katie and Kieran both had to attend an event for the two children they share,” an insider reveals.

“It was awful – Michelle was too worried to attend so Kieran went alone, and Katie had left [her fiance] Carl at home too.
“Katie kept shooting Kieran furious looks while he just looked at his phone and kept staring forward.
“They didn’t speak the whole time and didn’t interact once. I don’t know how they can possibly get along normally from now on. It’s so tense between them.”
Katie was handed a five-year restraining order against Michelle in 2019 for calling her a “f*****g c**t” and “fat” at the school gates in front of kids, parents and a teacher.

She breached it in January by texting Kieran, warning him: “Tell your c*****g whore piece of s**t girlfriend not to start on me.”
But mum-of-five Katie astonishingly got off with community service last month, despite also being on a suspended sentence for her drink and drug-fuelled car crash.
She was handed an 18-month community order and must complete a total of 170 hours of community service and ordered to pay £1,500 in court costs.
Katie smirked as she walked free after Judge Stephen Mooney said the text did not warrant jail as it was an “indirect” breach of the order.

She then flew straight off on holiday to Thailand – where she got two huge new tattoos.
Katie returned to the UK earlier this week but is still on a social media ban after announcing she’d quit Instagram.
