Retired cop among three arrested in Bihar for 'terror links'; UAPA not invoked as 'PFI not banned'

The police claimed to have seized document titled 'India vision 2047', which states that 'PFI is confident that even if 10% of total Muslim population rally behind it, PFI would subjugate coward majority community and bring back the glory'.
