Pandemic warning over potential for virus 'as contagious as measles and deadly as Nipah'

SCIENTISTS working on a general therapy against paramyxoviruses have warned of the potential for such a virus "as contagious as measles and deadly as Nipah" which could cause a devastating pandemic without means to fight it.
