Toledo smoke alarm outreach gains momentum in aftermath of fatal fires

After two fatal house fires in the span of a week, the Toledo Fire and Rescue Department took to the community Thursday to distribute smoke alarms and answer fire safety questions in vulnerable neighborhoods.
