This is the first time that the department is treating these assets- owned by a company which is said to be among the original developers of Ceejay House--- as ‘proceeds of crime’ in it money laundering probe linked to Iqbal Mirchi and esrtwhile DHFL promoters Kapil and Dheeraj Wadhawan.
