Call Center of Ministry of Energy receives 1964 appeals in six months
1964 appeals were received by the Call Center and Hot Line of the Ministry of Energy during 6 months of 2022, the ministry told AZERTAC.
1523 of them were related to electricity, heat and gas supply, 165 to the installation of meters, and 186 to other issues. 90 incoming calls made up gratitude calls and 5 calls were related to gas leak from the Ministry of Emergency Situations
