Lupita Nyong’o Eats Ants in a Viral Instagram Clip

Lupita Nyong’o is enjoying a unique snack.

The 39-year-old Us actress shared a video on her Instagram while attending an Audi gala at Noma in Los Angeles.

In the video, Lupita shared that she was eating a piece of fruit, covered with…ants!

“You can call me Ant-Woman!! #Marvel #Ants #Foodie,” she captioned the video.

“It’s really good!” she declares in the clip. “It’s not crunchy or anything.”

The comments were filled with mixed reactions, ranging from praise to disgust, and lots of amusing takes on the clip.

Her Black Panther co-star Winston Duke weighed in, writing: “What is u doin baybeh…what you eating ants fohhh?!! This is ant-agonizing me…I’m feeling antsy…what would yo aunt say…my antena is going crazyyy…????”

Lupita Nyong’o recently gave back in a big way, surprising 40 students with $10,000 scholarships.
