A hilltop Woodland Hills home designed by modernist architect Richard Neutra is for sale for $3.3 million.

Known as the J.N. Baldwin House, this 1962 vision of clean, simple lines sited at the end of a long curved driveway has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 3,062 square feet of interior space. And it looks every bit as stylish as the A-listers the current owner dresses for a living.

Celebrity stylist Jeanne Yang’s roster includes Christian Bale, Jason Momoa and Keanu Reeves. Her work appears on red carpets, fashion spreads and national advertising campaigns for major fashion and cosmetics brands.

Property records show she and her husband, the Sotheby’s International Realty agent Scott Cort, bought the architecturally significant property in May 2000 for $659,000.

The couple gave the house a 21st-century update, including the kitchen. It features a large island, dual sinks and top-of-the-line appliances, including two 36-inch refrigerators.

But classic Neutra details remain.

There are built-in wall clock, sconces and light switches and chalk drawings by Neutra, as first reported by The Hollywood Reporter.

The primary suite boasts original built-ins, two closets and new bathroom vanity.

Ribbon windows frame treetop views from the living room and bedrooms. A sliding glass wall separates the living room from a new bamboo deck with treetop views.

A grassy yard surrounds the large pool. There’s new landscaping and exterior lighting alongside mature lemon and orange trees.

Allen Roth of Sotheby’s International Realty holds the listing.

Neutra, who died in 1970 at 78, defined modernism with his residential, civic and commercial properties in California and worldwide. Time magazine called him “one of the world’s best and most influential moderns” when it featured him on its cover in 1949, noted in the Museum of Modern Art in New York’s catalog “The architecture of Richard Neutra: from International Style to California Modern.”
