The Geordie bombshell is coupled up with Paige Thorne, with the pair talking about being exclusive earlier this week.
But in tonight’s Unseen Bits, Adam ended up snogging another sexy islander during the suck and blow game, and it’s left fans at home wondering if he has a secret crush.
The islanders had to pass a card around the circle using just their mouths. Whoever drops the card had to complete a dare.
When Adam dropped the card, he was asked to snog an Islander of the opposite sex who he thought was the most flirtatious.
He immediately made a move on Ekin-Su, leaning over and giving her a passionate kiss.

The moment immediately got viewers at home talking, with one writing on Twitter: “SORRY??? THE WAY ADAM KISSED EKIN SOMEONES GOT A CRUSH.”
