The grounds for the Uddhav faction moving for a stay (to be filed most likely on Monday) are that since the issue of disqualification of the rebel Maharashtra MLAs has not yet been decided by the Supreme Court, the EC should not go into the aspect of who controls the Shiv Sena as an organisation.
