Love Island’s explosive Meet The Parents returns SUNDAY as Luca Bish faces being ‘exposed’ by Gemma Owen’s mum
LOVE Island’s epic Meet The Parents night is set to return this weekend – and it could leave Luca Bish quaking in his boots.
A fan favourite, the special episode will see the Islanders’ mums and dads enter the villa on Sunday to meet their offsprings’ new partners for the first time.
But while some introductions are likely to go well, the moment Luca, 23, faces Gemma Owen’s mum will leave fans gripped.
Viewers are convinced Louise, who is married to Gemma’s football star dad Michael Owen, could enlighten her daughter on the ‘red flags’ he has given off throughout the series.
Only nine days ago, Louise spoke out against the “bullying” of Gemma’s pal Tasha Ghouri by a group of boys, notably Luca.
The deaf model came under fire by the lads, before three of them – including Luca – were seen putting a cream pie in her face during a game of Snog, Marry, Pie.

Louise later commented on a video of Tasha and her boyfriend Andrew Le Page: “I hope Tasha is ok.
“I feel it’s close to bullying now which is so sad to see.”
A source previously told the Mail Online that Gemma’s mum will be entering the villa – not Michael – and that she will not hold back if she doesn’t like Luca.
“Louise is very blunt and doesn’t pull any punches,” the insider said. “If she doesn’t like someone she will say. It is a trait Gemma has inherited.”

The Meet The Parents episode will air just 24 hours before this year’s Love Island live final.
Fans will find out on Monday night which couple has been crowned the 2022 winners of the ITV2 show.
But it has been claimed that 19-year-old Gemma is ready to “quit” before even making it to the final hurdle.
Lacey Edwards, who entered the villa for just a few days last week, insisted the dressage rider and Luca are “done” with the show now.

In a TikTok video Lacey said: “They’ve been in there so long and they’ve really found what they’re looking for, they could happily just move out together and go back home together now.
“They’re over doing the games and challenges. With Luca, it’s playing with his head he’s like ‘I just want my girl and I want to get out of here now’.”
