Becky Vardy takes a swipe at Coleen Rooney after saying row with rival was like ‘arguing with a pigeon’
REBEKAH Vardy took a swipe at Coleen Rooney today as the women continue to take swipes at each other following their court case.
In a thinly-veiled dig, Rebekah made light of her now infamous comment that rowing with Coleen was “like arguing with a pigeon”.
Sharing a picture of her dog, she wrote: “Thought you were meant to be chasing those pesky pigeons off Ralphy, why are pugs so lazy.”
The I’m A Celeb star made the remark about Coleen after she accused her of leaking stories to the press back in 2019.
She said at the time: “It would be like arguing with a pigeon. You can tell it that you are right and it is wrong, but it’s still going to s*** in your hair.”
The remark was brought up once again during their recent High Court trial.

Becky vehemently denies any wrongdoing despite losing her libel battle.
Since then the women have both made digs at each other.
Yesterday Coleen shared a picture of herself at a coffee shop, after Becky had offered to take her for a drink at Caffe Nero.
It came just hours after she shared an X-ray of her broken toe in response to Becky suggesting she had been “milking” the moon-boot she had worn throughout their libel battle.
Coleen was memorably pictured entering court wearing one Gucci loafer and one plastic grey air-boot following a fall at home.

When asked if Coleen is “milking the moon-boot”, Becky chortled and said: “Ohhh I couldn’t possibly [comment]…!”
Yesterday, the wife of footie star Wayne Rooney confirmed the boot is “finally off” as she shared a picture of her X-ray.
She wrote on Twitter: “Boot’s finally off after my break.”
There could be further fallout ahead though, after it was revealed Coleen could take up a damages court case. This could add to Becky’s financial woe.
The mum-of-five is already facing legal bills of up to £3million.
