Shooting on Stevenson Expressway involving an off-duty Chicago police officer leaves one person with life-threatening injuries
The Illinois State Police were investigating a shooting that occurred Thursday shortly after 10 p.m. on northbound Stevenson Expressway near Archer Avenue.
