AN INTERIOR whizz has shared a list of the errors which will only make your home look cheap – and it’s bad news if your walls are packed with kids’ artwork.
Taking to TikTok, a designer who is known as Interior By Krish, shared all the interior choices to steer clear of if you want your home to look stylish rather than tacky.
In a short video, the guru shared a list of things to best give a miss to and explained in the caption that they will leave a cheap aftertaste.
To begin with, Krish advised against putting your bed in the corner of a room – this is a big no-no if you want to give your home a more luxurious feeling.
Next up on the list of errors to avoid were bulky sofas and recliners.
Although these might be a comfortable choice, the expert certainly didn’t think they’d make the room more stylish.

Sharing the six interior mistakes to steer clear of, Krish also recommended to drive past IKEA.
In the professional’s eyes, their white drawers won’t do anything to your home but cheapen the look.
Number four, Krish revealed, was sticking your children’s artwork all over the walls.
Despite carrying a sentimental meaning and almost impossible to get rid of, the interior whizz insisted they had no place in your home.

Finally, the pro took issue with white UPVC doors and cluttered worktops, claiming the two will instantly cheapen any open space.
Since being uploaded on the social media giant, the post has garnered a whopping 245,700 views and has been inundated with comments.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the controversial opinions sparked quite the debate online – with many disagreeing.
