CHELSEA have reportedly made a second bid for Wesley Fofana, worth £70 million.
However, Leicester have turned down the proposal and insisted the French ace is not for sale.
Meanwhile, the Blues are reportedly set to offer Barcelona Marcos Alonso plus £59m in exchange for Frenkie de Jong.
However, former Arsenal captain Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang could be in line for a sensational switch the other going the other way..
When asked about the Barcelona star in his pre-match press conference, Thomas Tuchel refused to deny the Blues were interested.
