The Delhi CM said an atmosphere was being created against welfare service by terming them "freebies". "These people waived off loans of '10 lakh crore of their friends. Such people should be called traitors and investigation carried out against them," he said. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had cautioned people against what he termed as "a revadi culture" under which votes were being sought promising freebies and said that this could be a dangerous development for the country.
