Emmett Till accuser won’t be charged despite new investigation

Carolyn Bryant Donham, now 87, claimed that Till harassed her at a corner store in Mississippi. Her then-husband, Roy Bryant, and his half-brother J.W. Milam killed Till and dumped his body in a river.
