Family of slain girl, 15, claim shooting was over Gatorade

Nykayla Strawder, 15, was shot dead at the hands of a 9-year-old neighbor in West Baltimore. Police said the shooting was accidental and the boy won't be charged, but the teen's family argue that it was intentional.
