New court documents have been released pertaining to the custody case for Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde‘s two children together, Otis, 8, and Daisy, 5.

In Olivia‘s filing, she speaks out about the way she was served custody papers. If you remember, she was served the papers at Cinema-Con while presenting her film, Don’t Worry Darling, on stage in front of a large crowd of people.
