Blackhawks reach deals with D Caleb Jones, F Philipp Kurashev

The Chicago Blackhawks agreed to terms on one-year contract extensions with defenseman Caleb Jones and forward Philipp Kurashev on Friday.

Jones' deal has a $1.35 million salary cap hit, while Kurashev's pact has a $750,000 hit. Both contracts run through the 2022-23 season.

Jones, 25, recorded career-high totals in goals (five), assists (10) and points (15) in 51 games last season.
