CORONATION Street star Ellie Leach has wowed fans with her amazing transformation and looks worlds away from her onscreen character.

The 21-year-old actress plays the character of Faye Windass in the long-running ITV soap.

Ellie first made her debut on the cobbles back in 2011 as the adopted child of Anna Windass, and later reunited with her biological father Tim Metcafe.

During her time on the show she’s been at the forefront of some of the biggest storylines – with the latest seeing her come to terms with her early menopause diagnosis.

Taking to Instagram, Ellie shared a new selfie with her fans, leaving them in awe.

In the snap Ellie is wearing a gorgeous white vest top and has a freshly blow-dried hair-do, which shows off her silky curls.

One fan called the star “beautiful” while another told her she was “rather cute”.

“Just love how natural you are and how you play the part so well,” said another user.

“You look fab, hope to see Faye in corrie a little bit more.”
