CORONATION Street’s Spider Nugent is hiding a major secret – after bedding ex Toyah Battersby.
The eco warrior – who is played by actor Martin Hancock in the ITV soap – recently returned to Weatherfield after two decades away.
He arrived back to discover ex Toyah in crisis.
Viewers know she is facing a murder trial after being accused of causing the death of husband Imran Habeeb.
Spider proved to be a comfort to Toyah – and after a tough day tonight, they fell into bed together.
However after their tryst, Toyah was filled with regret.

She got advice from an unlikely source in Abi Webster, and ended up coming to peace with what she’d done.
But at the pub, Leanne couldn’t notice that Toyah seemed taken with her ex-boyfriend.
She was furious with Toyah for even entertaining it – and it looks like she has good reason.
Outside, Spider took a phone call and it was clear he was hiding a huge secret.

“Sorry my phone was on silent and i couldn’t get away any sooner,” he told the mystery person on the end of the call.
“It’s been a tough day and to be honest I can’t wait to get back.”
