Oprah's HARPO Sues Creators of Oprahdemics Podcast Citing Trademark Infringement
Harpo Inc., the company that owns Oprah Winfrey’s trademark and licensing, is suing the creators of the Oprahdemics podcast citing an “unauthorized use of the Oprah Effect.”
