Grass fire in Thrall prompts evacuations

THRALL, Texas (KXAN) — Two homes were evacuated in Thrall after a grass fire broke out there.
Texas A&M Forest Service tweeted that the fire, named the Huffy Fire, was approximately 60 acres and 50% contained at 6:52 p.m. Forward progression has stopped, crews said.
Multiple agencies are responding, including the Texas A&M Forest Service.
