David Lammy in breach of MPs' code after probe uncovers £40k 'inadvertent' failure

DAVID Lammy, Labour's shadow Foreign Secretary, breached the MPs' code of conduct by inadvertently failing to register on time 16 different interests worth more than £40,000.
