Skins cast unrecognisable as they reunite over lunch 15 years after series one

SKINS stars Nicholas Hoult, Kaya Scodelario, Joe Dempsie and Larissa Wilson looked unrecognisable as they reunited 15 years after the first series of the E4 show aired in 2007.

The stars were all smiles as they posed for photos together while they enjoyed a bite to eat together.

Skins hit our screens in 2007 on E4.

The comedy drama followed the highs and lows of teens in college trying to navigate their way through life.

It became a huge fan favourite and had seven successful series with some very iconic characters.

Fans went wild when they found out that four members of the original cast recently reunited for lunch.

Sharing the snaps that Larrisa shared on her Instagram story, one fan tweeted: “my heart is crying right Now.”

In one picture Kaya, who played Effy Stonem between 2007 to 2010, and again in 2013, rocked a navy and white striped midi dress as she sat next to Joe.

Chris Miles actor star Joe looked worlds away from his alter-ego with long hair and a beard.

In another Kaya was seen sitting at a bench with Nicholas, Larrisa and Joe.

Nicholas played Kaya’s older brother Tony Stonem between 2007 and 2010.

Meanwhile Larrisa took on the role of Jal Fazer in series one and two of the show.

Fans couldn’t contain their excitement.

One replied to the tweet with: “Definitely going to rewatch SKINS now.”

Another added: “i miss my og skins cast <33.”

“skins cast hanging out >>,” a third chimed in.

Despite the show coming to an end nine years ago, the cast have gone on to do some amazing things.

After Skins, Nicholas embarked on a career in Hollywood with roles in X Men, Mad Max and The Favourite. 

Meanwhile Kaya has played roles in Clash of the Titans, Wuthering Heights, Spike Island and True Love.

Meanwhile Joe has appeared in Doctor Who, This is England ‘89 and Game of Thrones until the show’s finale in 2019. 

Although Larrisa is currently retired, she also starred in Holby City, Kingdom and Suspects after her stint on Skins.
