Denise Van Outen says Love Island’s Davide refused to sit next to her insisting ‘he’s nervous of me’
LOVE Island’s Davide Sanclimenti was accused of avoiding Denise Van Outen on The Big Breakfast today.
The villa champ left a noticeably large gap between him and her on the sofa – which she quickly pointed out.
Denise, 48, said: “I think he’s a bit nervous of me. Have you noticed how he’s sort of moved away from me?”
She then shifted herself right next to the Italian saying: “That’s how you start your mornings.”
Davide looked slightly confused by the exchange, laughing along but not saying anything.
The pair later took part in a sketch elsewhere in the house where Denise admitted she told a lie to get her job on The Big Breakfast.
Davide then emerged through a side door yelling the line he was famous for on Love Island: “Denise you are a liar, actress.”

He was on the show with girlfriend Ekin-Su – with another awkward moment coming when AJ Odudu asked if they were moving in together.
Ekin-Su replied: “We can’t answer that question yet” as Davide turned and asked: “Moving in together?”
She repeated to him: “No, can’t answer that question yet.”
AJ asked: “Why?” with Denise piping up: “Magazine deal.”
Mo Gilligan joked: “Ekin-Su’s like we can’t answer that. Davide is like: yes.”
