Family of murdered Texas soldier files lawsuit seeking $35 million in damages

The family of Vanessa Guillen, a Texas soldier who told her family she was being sexually harassed before she later turned up dead at Fort Hood, has filed a lawsuit seeking $35 million in damages from the U.S. government.
