Ministikwan Lake Cree Nation leaders past and present accused of misappropriating suicide prevention funds

A former chief and councillor, and one person currently listed as a councillor, for the Ministikwan Lake Cree Nation in northwestern Saskatchewan are accused of misappropriating band funds intended for suicide prevention.
