Producer prices in Latvian industry surge 30.2 pct

RIGA, Aug. 19 (Xinhua) -- Producer prices in Latvia's industrial sector soared 30.2 percent in July 2022 compared to the same period a year ago, the national statistics office announced Friday.

Compared to July 2021, producer prices for domestically-sold goods skyrocketed 47.5 percent year on year, while producer prices for export goods increased 15.9 percent.
