DELAWARE, Ohio — The Ohio Department of Transportation’s planning for small-scale improvements to U.S. 23 in Columbus’ northern suburbs, as a lower-cost alternative to a Delaware Bypass, will be the subject of a series of public meetings during the next two weeks including an online session Aug. 31.
