House price dip could cause seller drought as expert urges sell ‘sooner rather than later’

PROPERTY experts have claimed those considering selling their homes should do so "sooner rather than later" while house prices remain "strong". A new survey has revealed that a dip in house prices could lead to a seller drought with 96 percent of respondents claiming a drop in prices would make them less likely to sell.
