Telecom minister Ashwini Vaishnaw told reporters that all the state governments have onboarded the RoW portal along with other government departments."Earlier, there was an average of 343 days to take RoW approvals, which has now been shortened to 22 days. In fact, in July, the average was 16 days," Vaishnaw said.
