District superintendent of police V Badrinarayanan handed over 110 recovered mobile phones worth Rs 16.5 lakh to their owners at the District Police Office (DPO) on State Bank Road in the city on Monday. The cybercrime wing of the rural police recovered 451 mobile phones worth Rs 67.
