Amid reports of former Congress minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu being booked by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), TOI has learnt that no ECIR (enforcement case information report) has been registered against Ashu or anyone else booked by the state vigilance bureau (VB) in the grain transport tender scam, as information regarding the case is yet to be formally furnished by the VB to ED.
