Deck layout

Recently purchased a used J24. Boat has been reconfigured for racing. I am looking to change the deck layout by bringing the halyards back to the cockpit to assist in solo sailing and also add some other blocks. I believe the boats were designed this way. Is there a spec sheet with measurements for layout and hardware that was used?
