With mayor Balkar Sandhu stuck in the ongoing vigilance inquiry (he was summoned and asked to submit certain details), the councillors are raising a hue and cry over delay in the meeting of the finance and contracts committee. They fear the developmental works will not get approval and will not materialize before the MC elections.
