Day Zero: Combined 11% left in Nelson Mandela Bay storage dams, but water consumption remains high

All dams supplying the drought-stricken Nelson Mandela Bay metro are at a combined capacity of 11%. The water levels at the dams supplying mainly the towns of Gqeberha, Kariega, Despatch, and Colchester continue plummeting.
