JDU's two-day national and state executive meetings began in the Bihar capital on Saturday, a day when five of its six MLAs in Manipur formally joined the BJP. The party's national council is scheduled to meet on Sunday. Delegates from Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh and UP, among other states, are participating in the meetings.
