1 seriously injured after vehicle strikes pedestrian in north Austin

AUSTIN (KXAN) – One person was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle Saturday morning. Austin-Travis County EMS reported the incident in a tweet.

According to ATCEMS, the crash occurred in the 9200-9300 blocks of North Lamar Boulevard.

The pedestrian was taken to an area hospital by EMS for treatment. EMS is no longer at the scene.
