Porsche says talks to enter Formula One with Red Bull have ended

Porsche on Friday said talks on a partnership with Red Bull to enter Formula One have failed. The German automaker said that it couldn't realize a "partnership on equal footing" covering both the engine and the team. Porsche, a unit of Volkswagen , is due to be listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange at the end of the month or early October.
