Photos: Renderings of Chicago Bears’ development plans for Arlington Heights

The Chicago Bears released proposed development plans for the Arlington International Racecourse property in Arlington Heights on Sept. 6, 2022. Renderings show the Bears' preliminary plans for the Arlington Park property, including a so-called Stadium District on the northwest side of the property abutting Route 53 and Northwest Highway, along with mixed-use development in the rest of the footprint, including where the shuttered racetrack now stands.
