The IPA has submitted a report to the Department of Pharmaceuticals (DoP) and National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) stating that the company was "following the processes as per the Uniform Code of Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices (UCPMP) guidelines" and they did not find any wrong doing.
