Ludhiana: Scuffle breaks out over blocked sewerage

Residents of Surjeet Colony, Tibba and dairy owners of the area indulged in a scuffle over the choked sewerage system of the area on Saturday afternoon. They attacked each other with sharp- edged weapons, leaving several injured.
